New mash ups by the production dup, The Two Friends. The first song “Smashed Again” is a mash of Basto!’s “Again and Again” and Smash Mouth’s “All Star.” And “Yeah Deliah” mixes “Yeah 3x” by Chris Brown with “Hey There Delilah” by the Plain White T’s. They also incorporate some of their own original productions. Both of these songs are real sick and deserve a listen. So check them out and enjoy…
Colab between Hatiras and Kongman (aka Tim Healey, Kieron and Serg of My Digital Enemy), with vocals by Manners. This group comes together to make a massive dance track. Im not really sure what the helicopter dance is, I assume its spinning in circles with your arms out but who knows. The song is real high energy and worth checking out. The release is out now on beatport and included below is the 60min Kongman DJ mix that isavailable for free download.
Here’s a leak of Bramzwig’s deput mixtape The Roaring Twenty, which is getting ready to be released next month. In the song Bramzwig voices his frustration with the NBA lockout that recently ended. Locked Out features some funny sound bites by Micheal Jordan and Bill Murray from the movie Space Jam. From what I have heard previously from Bramzwig, The Roaring Twenty is shaping up to be a good mixtape, so be on the look out for that. And show him some support by following him on twitter and facebook.
Here’s the promo for Terminal State’s new release called The Germ EP. The EP consists of 4 heavy bass filled tracks. The Germ also has a real dark feel with the samples and the overall all mood in the songs. So give the EP a listen and links for where you can get the whole release are below. Also show Terminal State some love by liking them on facebook.
I figured I would throw together a bunch of songs into one post, rather than doing a write up for each. In the mix, there’s new songs/videos from The Dean’s List, Sam Adams, Yonas, Wiz Khalifa, Chiddy Bang, and Radical Something
Here’s a sick new remix by Pretty Lights. I dont really have much to say about this song, Pretty Lights puts his spin on an already great song. The visuals for that accompany the song is also pretty sick. So give the song a listen…
Here’s a new bass filled track by my friend Brandon. The inspiration for the title comes from the song’s structure as well as the fact that he’s computer crashed during the mixing of this song. Luckily his software backs-up all files in a safe location so the song was saved. So check out the song and if you got subwoofers handy, crank them. Also give Brandon some love by following him on twitter.
also check out Brandon’s previous song “The Wildcard” which uses a sample from Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Yesterday OnCue released his new mixtape for free on Datpiff. Cuey is really good at pulling off the hip-hop/ indie vibe. For the most part, Can’t Wait has a real laid back feel. And you can really tell he put his heat into this project. Definitely give the whole mixtape a listen, and download it here.
Here’s the visuals for MGK’s “Wild Boy” off of his most recent mixtape Rage Pack. The mixtape was released about a month ago, and there are a lot of real sick tracks on it so its definitely worth checking out. So give this song a listen and download Rage Packhere.
