Macklemore & Ryan Lewis – Victory Lap

So as it happens every year, XXL Magazine puts out a freshman class issue highlighting some up and coming rappers who should have big years. To go along with that issue they always release a mixtape featuring those act. Macklemore was one of those lucky few to be a part of this years freshman class, and here is his track from the mixtape with his usual partner in crime Ryan Lewis on the beat. Its been a while since I’ve heard anything new from Macklemore and it kinda suck he only got one track on the entire tape. Mac Miller – Loud (music video) + Macadelic (mixtape)

With the release of his mixtape, Macadelic, on Friday, it has already passed 250,000 downloads on Datpiff. I wasn’t a huge fan of his debut album Best Day Ever, and from what I’ve heard so far from Macadelic its way better. It boast some features from some big hitters in the rap community. As for the video, its pretty sick with the trippy black lights, that go with the vibe for the project. Give it a listen and cop the whole mixtape.

TeeJay – STA: The College Days (mixtape)
