So about a month ago I posted the preview for this track, and now the full version (plus download) of The Two Friends first all original production “Solitaire” is available. There isn’t much more that I can say about this track that I didn’t say in the preview post. These guys always put out great work with their remixes and mashups, and I was expecting anything less with their original production. And they certainly didn’t disappoint, so mare sure you give this one a listen and hit the download link below…
So after putting after mainly focusing on producing hip hop beats, mashups, and remixes, The Two Friends are looking to make the transition in the EDM world. The started working on some tracks that feature entirely original production, and earlier today they decided to let out a little preview of one of their first original mixes. The track titled, “Solitaire” features vocals from Marcus Munoz and Katie Pearlman, and additional production credit to Jordan Krawitz. These guys always put out quality tracks, so you can only expect the same out of this track and any of their other original tracks. Check out the preview and look out for the full version to drop some time in the future… Enjoy
Here’s the latest mashup from the West Coast producing duo, The Two Friends. This track blends Fountains of Wayne’s “Stacy’s Mom” with “Mode” by Bingo Players. I wasn’t a fan of “Stacy’s Mom” when it came out but in this song it isn’t bad. Give it a listen…
I posted this song a couple of months ago, but Double Vision is back with the visuals for “Daydreaming.” This Two Friends produced track is extremely chill. Check out the video and keep an eye and ear out for much more from the 2xV duo later this spring.
New remix by The Two Friends, this time putting the spin on the acoustic version of Coldplay’s “Lost!” They take a real chill song and give dubstep touch up to make a sick chillstep track. Make sure you give this check this track out..
Today I got a new mashup by The Two Frirends. This time they blend together ”What You Know” by Two Door Cinema Club and “When I’m Gone” by Wiz Khalifa. This track is real different than the club/dance floor mashups The Two Friends have released in the past. These two songs come together to make a track with a real chill vibe. Definitely give it a listen and hit up The Two Friends on twitter and facebook.
First leak off of Timmy D’s upcoming mixtape The Departure. The song is real chill with a beat by the Two Friends that samples Ellie Goulding’s “Your Song.” This sample gets used alot but the Two Friends put their own unique touch to it. Check out the track and be on the look out for The Departure. Also show Timmy D some love on facebook.
Heres a new remix by the Two Friends. This time the friends take Carousel’s “Best of Me” and turn it into a real chilled out dubstep track. I’ve probably said this before but I love dubstep remixes of slow/chill songs, something about the slow vocals and the wobbles mix so well. The Two Friends always put out good songs so definitely check this one out.
Here’s a chill song by Double Vision off their upcoming mixtape The Morning After that is set to be release sometime this month. Production for this track was done by The Two Friends. This song is definitely worth checking out, so give it a listen and hit up Double Vision on twitter and facebook.
Heres another new mash up by The Two Friends. This time they blend together One Republic’s “Stop and Stare” and Flo Rida’s “Good Feelin’” to make a real upbeat track. As usual they mix in some of their own original production to the song. Give the song a listen and hit The Two Friends up on facebook and twitter.
