Sander van Doorn & Mayaeni – Nothing Inside

Sander van Doorn has just released this song TODAY and it didn’t take long for someone to post it on youtube after buying it off beatport. I applaud them because I was getting tired of waiting. A preview of this was sent to me before with a description claiming it would be the EDM track of the year. That of course is a very lofty goal and probably unlikely but I personally would not mind hearing dj’s beat it to death at shows because this song is beautiful. I personally like how simplistic the main riff of the song. Comes in sounding like a guitar and is gradually mixed underneath synths. Its a nice sound. Take a peep at the original mix below and enjoy. This track is so fresh of the presses my speakers are melting.

Dada Life – Rolling Stones T-Shirt Video

Well Dada Life just posted up the video fro their song Rolling Stones T-shirt a couple hours ago and its.. its Dada Life. Definitely not my favorite song by them but it is good. The video is pretty interesting as well and is worth the watch. Definitely fits the weirdness that these guys are known for if you’ve ever watched any videos of their antics. I’ll leave the surprise alone and just let you watch all the glory that it is. Go on, do the dada.

Identity Festival Lineup Announced

Well today was the big day for ID to lay down their lineup and in perfect fashion..the website is down. No worries though because they were able to put a youtube video announcing the lineup on their facebook page. And here it is.

Eric Prydz, Wolfgang Gartner, Madeon, Paul Van Dyk, Excision and Porter Robinson are among the list of DJs that will be hitting the stage at various points in the tour. Also featured this year is Arty. Arty is likely going to be a very big name in the near future after jumping nearly 50 spots on DJ Mags top 100 over the last year. Landing himself at 25. Expect good things from this guy and the rest of the lineup over the summer should you be so lucky as to have ID coming through your area (they seemed to have forgotten about the Northwest..) Now if this is anything like last year, not every dj will be at every stop so make sure to keep up with it and find out who will be at your show when they get their website up again. In the meantime, Enjoy.

Eva Simons – I Don’t Like You (Nicky Romero Remix)

Heres a new one by Nicky Romero. Nicky is currently in the studio working over the final mixing and mastering for his first release, “WTF” on his label. This one has made its way to the web in anticipation of the new release and from the sounds of it, he’s trying to melt some faces. Rather than waste time trying to describe the pounding electro feel to this track, we’ll just go ahead and take a listen.

Afrojack- Rock The House. Jacked at AIR preview

Afrojack has another monster coming out to follow up on Can’t stop me now and it sounds like its going to be intense. Kind of a similar feel to Can’t stop me now but definitely with a lot more drive to it. The song is currently still unreleased and only rips from Ultra can be found but Afrojack himself has released this preview to advertise his upcoming show, “Jacked. at AIR.” I for one am even more excited for this to finally be released than I was for Can’t stop me now and I assure you we will have that up as soon as it becomes available. In the meantime, lets have a listen and enjoy this video reminding us that whatever we have planned on April 28th isn’t nearly as cool as this event will be..

Tiesto – Chasing Summers

Image

So this one has been floating around youtube for awhile but has now been officially released with Tiesto’s Club Life Vol.2 Miami. Tiesto, once a legend of Trance, has definitely made it clear that he is content with the House explosion and intent on dominating that scene. In the shadow of monsters like C’mon, and Maximal Crazy; Chasing Summers promises to please. Starting with an awesome bright synth lead, and then dropping down into a dirty Electro beat that just wreaks of Tiesto. This will definitely be a staple in many of your favorite DJ’s sets for awhile. A great mix of dirty electro and upbeat house. Check it out.
